LUNCH MENU Chef has created very simple and healthy, balanced luncheon meals for each day of the week.  You get to taste a great choice of flavorful dishes. Daily choices are  served with dal or chana (garbanzo beans), salad, yogurt, rice and bread. C HICKEN V EGETARIAN Chana Pindi Garbanzo cooked to perfection with roasted cinnamon, cumin, coriander, star anise, asafetida. 9 1. Saag Aloo  Potatoes, tomatoes, crushed cumin seed, coriander, methi. 8 2. Saag Paneer  Spinach with roasted onion, cubes of cheese, cumin seed, and methi. 9 3. Mushroom Matar  Monterey mushroom, green peas, onions, chilies, garlic,  cream sauce. 8 4. Sabz Vashist Bountiful of mixed green vegetables, fresh green masala  and mint, tomatoes. 8 5. 6. Bhindi Aloo Okra with ginger, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin. 9 7. Tadka Dal Lentils, sautéed onions cumin seed, coriander, chili's. 9 1. Chicken with Apricot  Sautéed onions, fresh ginger, garlic, spices,  brown curry sauce. 10 2. Chicken Hara Masala with fresh mint, cilantro, lemon, dry spices. 9 3. Chicken Vindaloo Cooked with potato in a very hot, spicy, tangy  sauce. 10 4.
